The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) launched an interactive dashboard to share member utilization data pertaining to telehealth utilization. The Telehealth Utilization dashboard provides the intended audience with interactive access to member utilization and cost data displaying trends over time, comparisons by demographic groups, and the top diagnosis for telehealth visits by major condition.
This dashboard joins the Eligibility Outcomes, Emergency Department Visits, Hospital Inpatient Admissions, and COVID-19 Immunizations dashboards which are all intended to expand public transparency into delivery system performance and operational metrics. These dashboards are available to help better communicate general information in a more visual presentation, but do not necessarily align with AHCCCS certified actuarial rates or official reporting.
