Maternal Mental Health Advisory Committee
The Maternal Mental Health Advisory Committee began meeting in January 2022 in accordance with SB1011.
Purpose
- The Maternal Mental Health Advisory Committee is established to recommend improvements for screening and treating maternal mental health disorders.
- On or before December 31, 2022, the advisory committee shall submit to the chairpersons of the health and human services committees of the house of representatives and the senate, or their successor committees, a report with recommendations concerning improvements for screening and treating maternal mental health disorders. The advisory committee shall provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state.
- Terminates the Advisory Committee on June 30, 2023.
