December 5, 2014 - AHCCCS received Phoenix Health Plan's (PHP's) request that the cap on enrollment for acute care contract YH14-0001-06 be lifted due to extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances. AHCCCS is considering PHP’s request and will be seeking public comment.
