AHCCCS Behavioral Health Provider Moratorium (Expired 12/09/2024)

The behavioral health provider moratorium concluded on December 9, 2024.

Any previously submitted applications from providers who were subject to the moratorium (prior to 12.9.2024) will be processed through the moratorium requirements and will require a moratorium exemption form. If you believe you qualify for an exemption, please complete the Moratorium Exemption Request Form and email it to ProviderMoratorium@azahcccs.gov.

While the behavioral health provider moratorium is no longer in effect, provider types identified as high-risk will still need to go through heightened provider enrollment requirements.
